1. ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್ ಬಳಕೆ: ಕವಚ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್ ಅನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವ್ಯವಹಾರದ ಡೇಟಾ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಗಾಗಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಳಸಬೇಕು.
2. ಡೇಟಾ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ: ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯ ಫೋನ್ಗಳಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಕ್ಲೌಡ್ಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ.
3. ಚಂದಾದಾರಿಕೆ: ಆಯ್ದುಕೊಂಡ ಪ್ಲಾನ್ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ತಿಂಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೊಮ್ಮೆ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು.
4. ಕಾನೂನು ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿ: ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

- The Kavach application is licensed, not sold, to you for business data protection purposes only.
- You agree to provide accurate business information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Unauthorized use or distribution of the application is strictly prohibited.
2. Data Security & Responsibility

- • Secure cloud transfer of documents
- • Encrypted storage (AES-256)
- • Gallery wipe execution
- • DPDP Act compliance
Your Responsibility
- • Keeping credentials confidential
- • Managing staff device access
- • Obtaining customer consent
- • Reporting security incidents
3. Subscription & Payments
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.
- Prices are displayed in INR and are subject to applicable taxes (GST 18%).
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
- Enterprise clients may be invoiced separately as per their contract terms.
4. Data Erasure
Upon subscription cancellation, your data will be permanently erased from our servers within 180 days, unless retention is required by:

- • Healthcare record retention laws
- • RBI/SEBI compliance requirements
5. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hassan or Bengaluru, Karnataka.
